Mini Cabin
A compact and professional workstation for clean and safe food decoration.
Mini Cabin is the ideal equipment for pastry, chocolate, and food laboratories, as well as for professional kitchens working with compressed air systems such as airbrushes and spray guns.
It allows precise application of a wide range of food products — cocoa butter, chocolate, liposoluble colorants, jelly, egg yolk, and more — while preventing contamination of the workspace and ensuring full compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
It is equipped with a three-stage filtration system:
- Removable and washable AISI 304 stainless steel labyrinth filter
- Double set of high-efficiency acrylic filters
- HEPA filter to capture even the finest particles
Mini Cabin is entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish, ensuring maximum hygiene, easy cleaning, and long-lasting durability.
The work surface is spacious and ergonomic — perfect for decorating moulds, showpieces, cakes, and more.
On request, Mini Cabin can be equipped with a stainless steel (AISI 304) stand on castors, featuring a retractable side table and a 10 L oil-free compressor with food-grade air filtration.

Cabin Pro
Cabin Pro is an essential workstation for any food laboratory, pastry, and chocolate workshop working with compressed air systems.
With Cabin Pro, it is possible to spray a wide range of food products (cocoa butter, chocolate, liposoluble colorants, jelly, egg yolk, etc.) without contaminating the surrounding environment and fully complying with hygiene and workplace safety regulations.
Cabin Pro features an easy-to-replace three-stage filtration system that effectively captures all aspirated particles, including the finest ones.
The cabin is entirely constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish, equipped with LED lighting, a spray gun holder, an hour counter, and a pressure switch to monitor filter status.
On request, Cabin Pro can be completed with a heated base or practical mobile tables.

Decorating station with heated compartment and integrated compressed air system.
All in One is the complete and professional solution designed for pastry, chocolate, and food laboratories. It combines in a single unit everything needed for airbrush and spray gun applications, ensuring maximum hygiene and safety while preventing contamination of the surrounding environment.
The high-efficiency three-stage filtration system captures even the finest particles. Filters are easy and quick to replace, maintaining top performance while minimizing downtime.
The integrated compressed air system features a 10L oil-free compressor and a food-grade filtration system, ensuring clean and dehumidified air for precision applications.

Flour Stop
Professional mobile extractor for food dust
The Flour Stop is a mobile extraction unit designed to protect operators and the working environment from dust generated by airborne flour and sugar during processing. Its compact, mobile design makes it the ideal solution for bakeries and pastry shops that require power and flexibility.
Thanks to its self-supporting suction arm with a working radius of up to four metres and 180° rotation, the Flour Stop hood can be positioned exactly where dust is emitted, such as near kneading machines, ensuring an ergonomic setup.

- High efficiency filtration (99%): with antistatic polyester cartridges to capture the finest particles
- Automatic pneumatic cleaning: a timed compressed air jet system that ensures the longest possible filter life and maximum energy savings
- Practical collection drawer: located at the bottom for quick and easy dust disposal
- Built-in fan with high-efficiency motor and adjustable timer for filter cleaning
Flour Stop is a plug-and-play solution. It is supplied ready for use and only requires connection to a power supply and a compressed air source. While the filtered air is usually returned to the environment, the system can be configured to channel it outside on request.

First stage filters
Initial filtration stage to block most of the sprayed product, minimising cleaning operations. Easy to replace, each pack contains 10 replacements. Designed for Cabin Pro and All in One booths.
Mini Cabin first stage filters
This is an AISI 304 stainless steel labyrinth filter which can be opened and washed.
Second stage filters
A double layer of progressive acrylic panels provides the best filtration of oily cocoa butter and chocolate particles. These panels are inserted into a removable, washable AISI 304 stainless steel frame. Each box contains two complete changes.
Third stage filters
HEPA filter panel that guarantees absolute filtration and is easy to replace.
Expulsion filters
This absolute filter removes 99.9% of sprayed particles, including microscopic ones such as food colourings. It is essential for operator safety and achieving total laboratory cleanliness. Each pack contains one easy-to-replace filter.
Single gun holder
Side gun holder for Cabin Pro and All in One, available in right and left versions.
Multiple gun holder
Holder for 4 spray guns that can be inserted into the heated stand to keep airbrushes and spray guns ready for use.
Spinning Cake Stand
