We are excited to present the very first official newsletter from Ensotech, a young and dynamic company based in Turin, in the heart of Piedmont, Italy.
Our mission: to bring innovation, precision, and authentic Made in Italy quality to the world of machinery for pastry and food laboratories.

All our machines are designed, engineered, and manufactured entirely in Italy, offering solutions that are reliable, functional, and tailored to meet the needs of both artisan labs and industrial producers.
IBA 2025: Our Official Launch
We chose IBA Düsseldorf 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for bakery and pastry, as the official stage for our launch.
It was an important debut, during which we presented a complete range of spray booth designed for filtering cocoa butter, chocolate, and other products increasingly used in “shablon” operations or airbrush decorations.
Among the most appreciated products:
- MINI CABIN – our compact extraction cabin, ideal for small labs. Efficient, space-saving, and highly functional.
- CABIN PRO 100 & CABIN PRO 200 – two professional-grade models of different sizes, engineered for medium and high-volume production environments.
- ALL IN ONE – a complete and multifunctional spray booth, designed to offer everything in a single tool: suction, filtration, heated cabinet and food-grade compressed air. A true workstation for the most demanding professionals.
