The latest edition of SIGEP in Rimini, the world’s leading event for pastries, chocolate and ice cream, came to a close with extraordinary energy. For us at Ensotech™, the fair confirmed the unstoppable trend that product excellence can only be achieved in a healthy, safe, and technologically advanced working environment.

Tailor-made technology
At the fair, we demonstrated how our solutions address the practical issues arising from dust released during airbrush decoration by eliminating pigment and cocoa butter dispersion at source. Our Cabin Pro, All in One and Mini Cabin extraction and filtration booths impressed visitors with their combination of compact design and unrivalled filtration power.
Alongside our extraction systems, we were delighted to offer a sneak preview of the Ensotech Automation project — our latest venture specialising in the integration of automated processes to enhance the efficiency and safety of laboratory work.
