HOST 2025, the international trade fair dedicated to the food, bakery and pastry industries, held in Milan, ended with great success.

This important edition confirmed the growing interest in technological solutions for chocolate and pastry laboratories, and was a significant one for Ensotech.

During the event, we presented our three main innovations:

Cabin Pro: a professional cabin designed for large workshops and pastry schools
All in One: an integrated system combining air filtration, operational comfort and safety
Minicabin: a compact solution for small spaces and high-precision craftsmanship

These systems are designed to improve air quality in laboratories, reduce the presence of dust and vapours, and ensure maximum operator safety when working with sugars, chocolate and fine decorations.

The public response was enthusiastic: many professionals in the sector recognised Ensotech as a reliable partner for the evolution of their production spaces.
