Ensotech wins the Innovation Award at ExpoSweet 2026: the future of the lab is here.
This year’s edition of ExpoSweet was not only a trade show, but a turning point for the Choco&Pastry industry. We returned home with an award that fills us with pride: the Innovation Award, given to us for charting a new course in the future of pastry making.
The star of the stand, as well as the reason for our awards ceremony, was the Ensotech Automation project: a spray decoration station that combines the suction efficiency of our cabins with the precision of the robotic arm programmed to automate airbrushing.
Beyond Filtration: The Age of Ensotech Automation
The award recognizes the value of our vision: we do not just ensure healthy pastry and chocolate workshops, but integrate technological innovation to redefine the work of the future.
At the fair we presented a robotic station integrated to our suction systems. The result? A process that allows the repetitiveness of movements in massive spray decorations through preset recipes that work in synergy with our cabins.
Automation reduces time and ensures constant, controlled movement, yet it is Ensotech™’s three-stage filtration that ensures that time is spent in a healthy environment, free from particles and dispersions that could potentially harm pastry chefs.
